Love this sequin skirt! Here are some photos from the fashion show I worked at last weekend.  My mom and I went together (bottom photo) and we met one of my good friends and fellow blogger Andrea there (second to last photo)(visit her blog here! She is such a great cook!).  It was so much fun!  We got rained on a little but that didn't stop anything!  I originally wanted to wear the gingham top with this skirt, but I ordered it and it didn't get here in time so I frantically had to find something else!

Sorry for the slight blurriness of some of the photos.  I think there is something wrong with my camera :( Maybe if I didn't constantly drop it, it would function normally lol.  Anyways, I was bored yesterday so I was going through my closet playing around with some new outfit combinations.  Dresses as skirts, skirts as dresses, dresses as tops, etc.  I decided that this Zara dress (shown first in this post) makes a perfect skirt! Its nice to mix and match things you already have because it feels like you're wearing a brand new outfit minus the part where you have to spend money (that's always a plus)!

Two things I'm obsessed with right now: polka dots and the entire Jcrew store.  I have quite the list going in my head of all the things I want.  It's almost stressful!  One item I could not wait on, though, is this polka dot linen sweater.  I love it!  It's a neutral color and it has polka dots.  To me, that's a win, win!  I also could not wait on the beautiful mint jeans.  I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of mint jeans for a while now, and I finally found them!  I have a feeling these jeans will be making an appearance on my blog very often.
